Portless runs direct fulfillment for hundreds DTC brands across 75+ countries. We're a small team doing infrastructure-level work — and we're looking for people who want to keep building it.
The Portless Story
Portless started because our founders ran a $50M DTC brand and ran out of patience with sea freight. 6–8 week lead times, 90+ day cash cycles, containers sitting in port — they engineered their way out of it. Then they built the platform so every other brand could do the same.
Today we move packages a year across 75+ countries. The team is still small enough that your work lands on the product, on merchants, on real customers. And large enough that the stakes are real.

Core values

When something is yours, it gets done. Blockers get flagged immediately. When problems show up, we face them head-on and solve them for good — not around them.
We take on challenges outside our current expertise and solve new problems as they come up. Comfort with ambiguity isn't a nice-to-have here — it's the work.
Every order on our screen represents a merchant who fought for that sale. We're stewards of their hard work. Their growth is our only metric. No faceless support, ever.
Logistics is a game of details. "Close enough" usually isn't. We dig until the logic is airtight — better to ask five dumb questions than let a small mistake compound.
Kindness to each other and to our customers. Not as a soft skill — as how we work, every day.
We're a small team with an ambitious mission. Every fast action — a quicker reply, an earlier interview, an immediate merchant response — compounds into the next milestone.
Open positions
We hire people who've shipped something real and want to keep shipping. If that's you, here's what we're building toward.
